New Home and Information Resource Center

The Cordera Experience is much more than an information center. It's a place where you can come in, sit down, relax, have a cup of coffee and a cookie and speak to friendly professionals who can answer all of your questions about Cordera. They will provide you with all the information you need to know about the community through virtual tours, presentation materials and other visual aids in a non-threatening, relaxing environment.

Cordera Forums

Forums are short informational sessions, covering topics such as the Cordera HOA, the unique Cordera landscaping program, the award-winning parks in Cordera, and other interesting subject matter related to Cordera. Then, each forum is followed by an entertainment activity such as a wine tasting, cooking demonstration or ice cream social. The forums are fun, informative and give you a chance to get to know your neighbors before moving in.

We invite you to experience our "Realtor on the Go!" program at the Cordera Experience complete with a free lunch for you and your clients, plus the chance to get all of your questions answered about Cordera. Just call the Cordera Experience at (719) 266-8581 before you arrive, tell us what you and your clients would like to order from Panera 
Bread ® and we'll have it ready for you.
